This is the best Mc Donald's I have been to in Albuquerque. The drive thru service at breakfast time is fast, they always get my... order correct and customer service is awesome. The staff is very courteous and friendly. Definitely recommend. Read more
It's McDonald's. I really like McDonald's. I think that they serve a good product at a fair price. But, there are no surprises... here. Either you like it or you don't. This was super easy. I ordered on my app, I drove through the drive up, I picked up myfood, and the whole thing took less than 5 minutes. It's exactly what I needed at that moment. Fast, reliable, delicious. Read more

I'm not anti fast food or anti big business. They wouldn't be big if they didn't have a product people wanted. But this place's... sausage biscuits smell pre-digested. I didn't eat here but I could smell it from down the street at the Planet Fitness and I washungry after my workout but as soon as I got outside my appetite left me and unfortunately the bus stop was closer to theMcDonald's. Probably just one bad delivery but it was hurting all the food businesses in the area with that awful smell. I wouldrate them 1 star if it was always like that but I have respect for the corporation. Our food was sopping wet with grease. All of our bbq sauce packs were open and leaking. So much grease it was dripping out of... the bottom of the bag. They just slopped our food in the bag too. Honestly seems like they did this deliberately. Absolutelynasty food at this location. Horrible customer service. Manager didn't even seem to be bothered by this no questions asked andgave us our money back without even an apology????????. Read more
