Incredible Chashu: they offer the thickest, most fat-rendered slices I?ve seen. The chashu is also seared so both sides are... Maillard browned. Very savory! I would only caveat that the miso chicken broth is seasoned pretty lightly; but this is easilyremedied if necessary with some soy or salt depending on your palette. We got the eponymous Naruto ramen. I went to this place because it came up on my search. Last time they're a wait line. Tonight, they're was a line. I'm glad that... I checked it out. I had the rich tonkatsu ramen. Rich broth, very rich flavor, great noodles. I also had the naratu chickenwings also delicious. This place has to be the best ramen place in ABQ. Read more
Holy Cow! Anything I say will be an understatement. Restaurant is clean and nicely decorated. Staff is friendly and helpful.... Nagoya Fried Chicken Wings, Curry Ramen and the Black Tonkotsu Ramen are delicious! Prices are fantastic as well. 100% willcome here again and recommend to others. Read more
Ordered the super rich broth tonkotsu ramen, the broth was very savory and the noodles were a good texture, firm and not too... doughy. I liked the amount of green onions and the egg was cooked perfectly. All in all very satisfactory ramen dish?? Read more
My friends tried the Naruto Ramen and it was really good. I tried the Curry ramen, and it was so potentely strong, that it hits... your nose first and so full of turmeric that I just could not eat it after the first spoon I tried. Even my friends said theycould not eat it. Read more
Black tonkotsu ramen was great! The broth had a wonderful flavor. Well done in that regard. Gyoza and edamame were great too. I... wasn?t aware that the ramen only came with one piece of chashu. Every ramen shop I?ve been to serves at least 2, mostly 3. Theramen was priced reasonable enough that ordering another piece wouldn?t be unreasonable, but it?s nice to know ahead of time. This place is cute looking. Service wasn't bad. The ramen just wasn't wow. It was lacking flavor for a $15 bowl of noodles. The... microwavable ramen for 88 cents at Walmart is honestly better. The only good thing here was the chile shrimp tempura. The ramenisn't as good as it looks. 2 star because the kitchen is filthy. Read more
It was my first time so I went with the curry Ramen and the shrimp stuffed green chile tempura. I was delightfully surprised how... much I liked the shrimp. I had never had it like that. The Sapporo went really well with my dinner. The service was attentive.The location is a little compact so they limit your experience to an hour to help keep more customers coming in. Read more
