The employees at this place lack customer service skills especially Jocelyn. Picked up my order and discovered one of my items... was substituted for something else but was not informed by the employee when I inquired she said they were out. When I asked whyI wasn't asked so I can pick the new item Jocelyn just said have nice day goodbye. When I tried to say something she keptrepeating the same phrase over and over. She was very rude and disrespectful. The food lacked flavor and the chicken was overcooked and the shrimp was still a little raw. The service and food went hand in hand to being the worst experience. We have gone to this location on Rio Bravo and Coors for quite a while now, because of the convenient location near where we... live and do our shopping. Most of the time you can tell the employees don't care to be there let alone be bothered to help you!On top of that, for some reason they never have any of their condiments in stock, or at least very rarely do. Today hit an alltime low though. When ordering at the drive thru, you could already tell that the woman was annoyed to be taking the order(if itwas anything detailed or crazy I could understand, but it was pretty basic). When we get to the window, the guy takes ourpayment, then aggressively says "we are out of orange chicken, either change your order or wait!" Mind you, thats probablysomething that should be disclosed before taking payment. We reply with we are ok with waiting, which was followed up with "gopark out front, and we will bring it out when we get to it"! The place was busy so I could understand some annoyance, so weasked should we park any place specific so to make it easier to find us, and again he says "just go park, I don't have time forthis"! I kept my cool, and we park thinking it can't take that long. While waiting for our order, we come to find out there are4 or 5 more drive thru patrons waiting out front also who aren't happy with the service but just want their food so they can go.After another 10 to 15 minutes, there was a bright spot in this whole debacle. I wish would have got his name so I could givehim props, but when he brought our order out he was completely professional, apologetic, and a general pleasure to deal withafter everything that had transpired the way it did! Today 8/14/22 1:39. Order # 217142. Food was terrible. Rice was very dry, sesame chicken burnt and hard, w too many sesame... seeds, teriyaki chicken had fat and was cold. Restaurant had 4 dirty tables leaving few tables to sit. Ice machine broken. Badexperience. Read more
This is the 3rd time in a row that i order chicken mushroom and get nothing but mushrooms and zucchini. No chicken at all,... except for today those 2-3 tiny little pieces you can see in pic. Your food isn?t cheap and I?m not even getting what I?m payingfor. Read more

Drive thru stop for lunch. Should have checked order. They didn?t have teriyaki chicken (?) so I went with black pepper... chicken. Barely any entree on the bowl of white steamed rice, which was a little hard and crunchy. I basically paid for a bowlof white rice with a smattering of left over black pepper chicken, like the last spoonful after a busy lunch hour. Can I get mymoney back? Read more
On several occasions I stopped at this location for teriyaki chicken, always out, 30 min wait once, chicken still frozen, just... recently out of chicken have to cook, REALLY, I guess the mgr isn?t managing, you don?t wait till your out of something toreplenish, I think everyone with problems with this location don?t patronize, let them go out of business!!!
