Train your people to do the right thing! I do not enjoy spending my hard earned money on reheated products from the day prior,... you can't just feed meet anything. Either train them to prepare less food more often and you won't receive complaints it's justthat simple. I hadn't eaten at this location in a year because the management hasn't a clue, however corporate is probablypressing them to run an acceptable food cost. I'm done with companies that does not poses good business ethics. Read more

I asked for brown rice which is on the menu and the lil girl Brianna told me they didn't have it at that particular location. I... told her it's on your menu and she just stared at me with a blank look on her face. I asked for a chicken bowl. She didn't evenbother to ask me if I wanted teriyaki sauce or a drink she was extremely rude. I will not be going back. I'm not gonna pay 12.00for a panda bowl to be disrespected in that manner. DO NOT MAKE A MOBILE ORDER FROM THIS STORE. THEY WILL SELL YOUR FOOD TO OTHER CUSTOMERS AND THEN LAUGH AT YOU. My husband made... a mobile order tonight. He tried to call to adjust the order, and three calls went unanswered. When I went to pick it up withoutthe adjustments, the person on the speaker sounded very unhappy and rushed. Before anything else she yells "WE JUST RAN OUT OFORANGE CHICKEN AND WHITE RICE AND..." I didn't hear the rest, because I said that "I had a mobile order that has orange chickenon it, so what is going on?" She tells me to pull forward because she "has something to tell me". So I pull up and ask, "so, yousold my food?" She LAUGHS and SMIRKS at me, and says "no. We just ran out." So I demanded a refund, because they did, in fact, sell my food to another customer rather than prepping my mobile order. Then, rather than calling me to inform me that most of myorder was unavailable, they let me drive all the way to the store, wait in line for over 15 minutes, and then SMIRKED AT ME whenthey told me that they had sold my food before I arrived. Lady at the window tells her manager about me, and then snarkily says"she wants a refund for the whole order" Well, more than half the order was unavailable! Was I supposed to bring home food forthe one person whose entree was available and sides for everyone else? Like, really, lady?! And they want to stand by thisnonsense of they "didn't sell my food to another customer". So, you never had orange chicken today then? And didn't update yourmobile ordering to reflect that? Again, that's on YOU, not the customer who already paid for the food you did notprovide. People will ALWAYS demand a refund when the service and/or product they paid for is not fulfilled/provided. And thisManager FAILED to FULFILL or PROVIDE the product that I paid for, because apparently mobile orders are last on the totem pole, despite being PREPAID. Mr. Manager, you're terrible at your job. Pick up the phone, you banana. Ha Read more

Horrible! I can describe this whole visit in one word. The fried rice was burnt and raw all in the same bite, with an added... bonus of chow mein mixed in, very classic, NOT! Burnt egg rolls, hard orange chicken, and the teriyaki chicken, well let?s justsay they need training on how to cut, chunks were so big they might as well have left it whole. On the plus side, I have finallyreceived the correct amount of teriyaki sauce for the order, and the person at the drive thru was cordial Read more
