The last party I had someone brought a catering platter of Teriyaki Chicken from Panda Express. It was cooked perfectly and... tasted just right. So I wanted catering platters for my current party. To make a long story short the manager of the MercantilePanda knew what I was wanting and was 100% perfect. This was after I had to drive there from the Ellison Dr Panda's when no onethere could take my order. Your catering operation is nice. Train your staff. Read more
I walked in and ordered a Bigger Plate. 3 entrees and a full side. Of which I ordered black pepper chicken, honey sesame... chicken, and orange chicken with an order of fried rice. The only thing I wish was that the 3 entrees were a bit bigger inportion size. Juan, the man that served me was very helpful and a wonderful server. I give him alot of credit. The orange chicken and fried rice were good, but the broccoli beef was not. The broccoli looked old and though the picture... doesn't capture the true color of the beef, it looked very pale and possibly undercooked. Also, my soda was very watery andundrinkable. I paid for a two entree plate and a large soda, but essentially only received a single entree bowl of consumableproduct. Guess that's what I get for using the drive-thru. I won't be back here again. Only a few people in front of us, the workers were very efficient. The guy helping us called "Angel" gave nice sized servings... and was very polite and patient. The food is very flavorful and they have many options. I got the bowl with spicy orange chickenand half chow mein, half fried rice. The orange chicken isn't spicy, but still tastes amazing.
