Food was okay/good. I have more rice than equal parts of meat/rice in my bowl. We ordered via the app to pick up our order... inside. When we arrived there was about 2 people waiting already on the ?online orders? side. Legit waited over 45 minutes formy order, while the people who were barely walking in were being helped and given their food. What is the point of ordering inadvance? Why bother offering it? Anywhos it seem like they have a good workflow minus the online orders part, it was very veryvery unorganized. A worker tried giving me a large drink to ?comp? me but I had already ordered a large drink. Sigh-anywaysdon?t do the online ordering in advance apparently unless you want to stand around starving seeing other people barely walk inand start eating for 45 plus minutes. It was good except the beyond orange chicken was very spicy.The Angus beef was spicy also . These should be marked as spicy . My... husband would have got the original. The chicken with mushrooms could've had more mushrooms. They give you a lot of rice andless entree. I would've had liked more entree and less rice . The food was fresh . There was alot of people working . You haveto have a code for the restrooms. Read more
I went to panda today and my experience was not good. I went through the drive thru and I was given fried rice instead of white... rice and honey sesame chicken when I asked for teriyaki. I was also asked to give them a moment in the drive thru even thoughthey weren't busy and only 2 cars were in the drive thru. the flavor on all the food is gross!!!! I do come her because I likethe food they serve. This time it just wasn't it. I hope next time I go, it's flavor should be spot on like usual. Read more
Boy, this is one of those situations where you see how higher income areas get better service! This panda the food at this panda... express far exceeded the food I?ve had at the Renaissance location or the west side. That?s great for people up and then tramwayarea but kind of sucks for the rest of us? Read more
If you want fresh make sure you arrive an hour in a half before closing they still have plenty of options at that time I go... often the service inside is better than in drive thru and you get what you ask for by going inside Read more
It was fine. They forgot my soda and then filled it without about an inch missing from the top, which means what's the point in... having huge cups of you're going to actively not fill it. (Pet peeves) Read more
My first time at this restaurant and last time. The waitress badly explaining the name of the food and what have inside and also... forgot some sauce and food.. The food is generally bad... the fry rice looks like dog food all smashed,1 Egg roll for 2 dollarsand burned tasteless. Just chicken orange was ok. I feel sorry for the owner of this restaurant. because it's a shame what theyserve for the customers. Read more
James (I believe he?s a manager) just gave me the best fast food experience I?ve ever had. He was very kind and high energy to... his customers and employees. He actually made an effort to get to know some of the costumers dining in and after my hard day, itlifted my spirits. Weird to say about a Panda Express experience lol. Read more
