Was very disappointed tonight with my order ! Ordered the goddess salad and it was horrible ???? it was supposed to have avocado... it didn?t have any the salad was old and brown and the tomatoes were huge chunks so gross ????! Definitely not going to begetting food from here anytime soon the employee was at the register telling customers to wait he would be right with them andwas at the counter on his cell phone on a personal call how unprofessional! Very good food. Always fresh. It's more expensive than other fast food places, but it's higher quality. It's about quality not... quantity. They also offer really good deals, especially when you sign up to be a Panera member. Read more

Now let me tell you, I personally do not really eat out a lot, but when I do I have always been skeptical about coming to Panera... because I always hear how bad this location is. Despite the bad reviews, misconceptions, and slightly expensive prices, the last4 times I went through I have had the best experiences of my life. In particular, there is one employee that sticks out everytime time that I went, her name is Mikayla! I do not know where this establishment found an employee like her, but this girlneeds a raise!! She welcomed me when I arrived at the window, double checked if everything was right, offered if I neededanything else... and right before I pulled away, she stopped and asked for me to check the bag to make sure it looked good tome. Seriously? You?re supposed to throw away bad lettuce not feed it to customers. I just went through the drive thru. Whoever is... working tonight IS NOT actually working. While this is maybe my 5th time coming here, it?s also also the 5th time they?ve mademistakes. My bf had a completely different sandwich from the one he ordered. Not worth going back to get this order fixed andI?m done ever coming back. Get it together. I guess I?ll go ahead and add the other mistake- it?s a turkey AVOCADO blt. Where?sthe avocado? This has to be the worst Panera Bread in Albuquerque. On my fist order the drive-thru gave me half my order, never got the rest... . Figured I would give them a second chance. This time I walked in and ordered and somehow I ended up with someone else's order.My initial order was never processed . yet I was given a vibrating puck to pick up order which was not mine.
