OMG! SHOUT OUT TO SUSAN at the front desk for being probably the best service person I've encountered in a long time. She is... personable, told me how to order to get the right 'meal' deal and THEN .... she was even bussing tables! Give that Gal a raise! Thank you Susan for making our lunch super enjoyable! Initially had a not so good experience at this location. But asked for the manager Alyssa and she made it once again worth the... visit. She reminded me of the great service that Panera as a company provides. She is an example of a worker you want at yoursite. Well done. Read more

The staff at this Panera is so kind. My classmates and I frequent this location to study and the manager never fails to greet us... and give us well wishes. Once, I accidentally ordered a bagel without specifying it being toasted. No questions asked theyremade the bagel, toasted perfectly. Such warm and welcoming people. I love coming here. Read more
Grand daughter just had oral surgery, but still wanted Panera?s famous Broccoli Cheddar soup in a bread bowl. Opens at 10 on the weekends. Go to a panera that actually opens at a reasonable hour instead, all the others in town open at... 7. Now they close at 7 as well. Also no outlets at any of the tables to plug in your laptop or phone. Shut this store downalready. Read more
