Good pizza but I wish they had salads!

If I could give less then one star I would. The staff was extremely rude and I ordered online and the website wasn't working so... I checked my bank account and I was charged 3 times so I called and the manager and he totally disregard my concern and told me my order never was. This location is my favorite. They are very consistent with food quality and making sure they send everything you order. ????

I ordered my food around 1140/1150 am, using the website for delivery. The estimated time was 30 to 34 minutes. It arrived an... hour later. I live 8 minutes away from this location and I could have picked up my pizza if it was there in store, but itwasn't. Their driver was given three orders to deliver so it was not his fault. The driver was also a new worker, so you shouldnot be giving a new employee three orders at one time. Papa John's did not contact me to let me know where my order was or whatwas going on. They also didn't know where their driver was so they could not give me a specific time as to when he wouldarrive. The food was decent, but cold by the time it got to my address. Read more

Ordered a vegetarian pizza and found meat on it, also ordered wings and when I got the order home I had chicken nuggets drizzled... with sauce definitely not what I ordered. I called and they said they had been out of wings all day but no one bothered to tellme or tell me they replaced it with something. Unbelievable!! The store needs training from top to bottom... I had ordered pizzas earlier in the afternoon to be ready at 6:45.... When I arrived they were not ready... I waited 45 more minutes and while waiting I observed the manager and other employeeshandling the register or delivery then go make pizzas without washing their hands ????.
