Now I know why what once used to be a wait in line restaurant to order is virtually empty on a Friday night! My orange chicken... was hot and fresh but several of the pieces were nothing but fried batter. My fried rice, which I had to pay extra for was cold!My husband's Korean BBQ beef had " three" slivers of meat and possibly a 1/4 of a cup of vegetables. Neither plate came close toresembling the pictures which we used when ordering. To top it off, dine in now requires you to eat off if plastic trays withplastic ware. The only non-sweetened drink option, the green tea, was empty! Sad dining experience! We will not be back. Read more
I went based on a recommendation from the hotel I stayed. My general Tso was mostly soup with a few pieces of tofu in a bowl. I... couldn?t finish it. The customer service was good though. Never again! Read more
It's just a sign of the times. Until people get paid more, we shouldn't be surprised. Don't waste your time... eat somewhere... else. The lack of quality and portion for the price you pay was beyond disappointing. We decided to give it a shot, but neveragain. We threw away the entire order ($22). Read more
Wow this place has gone downhill faster than the Jamaican bobsled team. Waited something like 35-ish minutes in a nearly empty... restaurant for the *new* Bourbon Grilled Chicken - which was heavily advertised ALL over the store. What I got - Was a burnt,disgusting portion of little nibbles of chicken served with white rice. I have never been more disappointed by a plate of foodin my life. And I'm not just being dramatic. It was BAD. And the wait was SO long. There was nothing I could do. I was therewith my fussy 2 year old, I didn't have another 40 minutes to wait for another plate. Placed an order for curbside pick up. I waited 7 minutes before I had to walk in to get my order. Ordered a pad Thai and there... was NO PEANUTS, no sauce, the noodles were not cooked fully, there was no flavor that remotely tasted like pad thai..Thai... the"new crispy tofu" doesn't even feel like tofu because of the crispness of the outer crust. Will NEVER eat here again. Sadly, bad customer service and the food was terrible. Food was weird, gross and like slop. Plus the... chicken was served cold. Don't get me started on the chicken... It was like I ate chicken nuggets from McDonalds. So sad becausethis place is way to expensive for the quality of food they serve, and they couldn't even get my order right. Made it wrong thefirst time. Also makes me wonder how dirty the kitchen is because of how dirty the tables and chairs were, especially the highchairs. Very disappointed visit. Wish I could get my money back because my family and I didn't even eat 1/4 of our meals. Mydaughter got noodles and they were so dry and tasteless it was terrible she couldn't even swallow them. 11/4/21: Ingredients the same as at all Pei Wei's just a different environment. Not Pei Wei standards this visit. Maybe there... was a huge order and they couldn't clean areas fast enough. Idk.... Ate at the counter for dinner ( before a movie) so that Icould watch my food being made. Ordered a Kid's Teriyaki with chicken and Beef and broccoli with fried rice. Read more
This was one of our favorite places to eat. Hadn?t been there since covid and finally went back?.what a mistake that was. I... should have read reviews and went by my instinct the minute we walked in the door and the place was empty on a Sunday. Ourfavorites were takin off the menu.
