This place is ridiculous!!! I will NEVER use them again. Ordered online at 5:14pm. While the arrival time was estimated... 35-45min, at 6:10pm I was notified that DoorDash would be delivering my order at 6:42pm. I was now given a new time of 7:00pm.THAT'S 90+mins and counting. Horrible! Not to mention pizza was low quality and COLD!!! This is what you get for trying a newplace. Domino's is better tasting and sooooooooo much faster. They will refund you if not happy with product. This place doesn'tcare or stand by customer service. If I want to use Door Dash, I would have chosen them. Hire your own drivers and deliver pizzahot. I ordered the Detroit pizza with all my favorite toppings, and used the app. Siri took me right there, too. Guy who brought... pizza out to me was so nice, he gave me a coupon for the order. Very friendly. Read more

PIZZA WAS COLD AND DRY. WINGS ALSO COLD. I ORDERED ON THE WEBSITE AND THEY TRANSFERED MY ORDER TO DOOR DASH SO IT TOOK A LONG... TIME TO BE DELIVERED. This order the pizza was good the cinnamon rolls were raw. They were barely cooked at all. the previous order was good. An... order before that it looked like someone dumped our pizza on the floor and put it in a box. We were supposed to get a creditfor that one and did not. I had placed an order last week and the pizza came very disfigured and tasted nasty. I called to complain and accepted their... offer for a credit. I took another chance today and had a new pizza delivered. It arrived cold and nasty, again. Shame on me forfalling for this place twice already. I don't normally order from pizza hut. I usually go to Little Cesar's and I think fromthis point on I will stay with them. I don't recommend pizza hut, and my personal opinion is that it's a failing chain whichhas failed to separate itself from the rest of the competition and it lacks innovation and most importantly FLAVOR. ????????????
