HORRIBLE SERVICE lied and said there was no bone in wings the female kept hanging up on me when I tried to ask for her name I... ordered my food at 8!!! Callled in to order the large ?two? topping pizza that shows online for $7.99. They would not take my order by phone and said it... was an online promotion only. That?s fine, went online ordered our pizza and picked it up 15min later, but the pizza slices? areyou kidding me? REALLY?! You have one job. Make a good pizza and cut it evenly. This is the most crooked pizza I have ever seenin my life, the slices were ranging in sizes, from extra large to small skinny pieces. How does that not bother you? Don't youhave a guide so slices are cut even? This happened twice after giving them a second chance, just thought it may have been a newworker, guess not. Looks like any pizza you order from this location expect your slices to be extremely uneven. How hard is itto cut a circle into even pieces. Our family will not be ordering from this location again. I've recently switched to Pizza Hut after a bad service experience at Domino's. So far I like this store, after my first few... pizzas only one had an issue with a lack of toppings but overall so far not bad. The staff is friendly and on their game. Thefood is hot and it's ready when they tell you it will be. I especially enjoy the thin crust, it's crispy like a cracker, the wayit should be. They could work on the mushrooms, they're a bit thin and turn solid in a short time with little substance. Buthey, this isn't a high dollar premium product so for the value and price it's pretty good with everything together. Be sure toadd extra cheese on the hand-tossed and pan pizzas, it's worth it. Another plus are the choices of flavored crusts, with garlicbuttery being my favorite, and try the other sauces, the creamy garlic parmesan sauce is perfect on the thin crust. Read more
Don't expect to get your order the way you ordered it, don't expect it to be warm, and don't expect to get even remotely... semi-decent customer service. They messed up, gave me attitude for bringing it to their attention and only offered a credit(don't wanna go back, so credit is useless for me) and offered to remake it but I wouldn't get it for about ANOTHER hour ormore. We'd be asleep by then. That was them "trying to work with me". They do NOT care about their customers here. Would 100%give zero stars if I could. Read more
