Ordered a personal pan pizza and the three taco supreme meal with a mango tea. I was told it would take 10 minutes for the pizza... to be ready & to go wait in the front and they would bring my pizza out to me asap. So... I parked in the front and waited...and waited... at the 10 min mark another vehicle pulled up was waiting also. At 15 minutes they carried out my pizza and gave itthe the other vehicle. Then went back in and brought out their correct order. Then at 20 minutes waiting another car pulled upand a few moments later they brought out their food. I then asked the young man, what had happened to my order? He said don'tworry that wasn't your pizza. It's still on the way. Mind you the restaurant lobby is closed due to the Covid 19 restrictions,the doors are locked and the drive though has a constant line. It is always a little busy. I was trying to be patient. At 30minutes however... I was done. I go get into the drive through line and ask for my refund. Of course they have to put it back onmy card and it won't post right away... There were no apologies either. The entire experience was such a waste of time andcompletely ridiculous. Read more
Fast, but I?d like my food to be made like it?s supposed to be... breadsticks that might as well be hockey pucks and nothing on... them... and of course they don?t answer the phone. Read more

I spend anywhere from $40-$60 ea. Time that includes a large pizza with tons of toppings, 12pc.wings, 2-4ranch ? And a 2 liter... Coke maybe some dessert.. Read more
I ordered my food for my family,they put it all in one bag,so it was full. Got home they forgot half of my order,went back and... not even an apology. To top it off went home after that to finally eat I ordered two spicy tostada's and they were missing thespice( no sauce). Read more

Very dirty. Waited over 20 minutes. Food was horrible. Bathrooms nasty. Employees were laughing amd chatting loudly with us... customers begging for service. Many people took their food back and asked for the correct food. I mean its taco bell... Didn'texpect exceptional anything... But it was bad! Read more
