I wonder what they did with all that ready made food. It surely didn't look like it was moving very quickly. When I mentioned... there was a cell phone laying on the counter used for preparing the food, the owner of the phone developed an attitude. He gotthe phone, placed it in his back pocket but made no attempt to clean the area where it had been. Read more

Hours of operation say 11am-8pm but when I show up at 11:20am, I?m told by the manager with blue hair that they won?t be open... for about another 15 mins. Her and the staff are just standing around talking and drinking sodas even though food is already outbut tv menus are not on. I only get an hour for lunch so I have to go elsewhere. This has happened the last 2 times that I?vegone. Read more

We ate hear today September 6th and the lady working I think she is the manager but she is very rude. No customer skills... whatsoever and she was mad because we walked up, they were dead and we gave her business or I should say we gave the ownerbusiness. She also left our pizza in the oven way too long and it was soggy and everything was melted. Not one time dud shesay thank you, the owner needs to send somebody under cover because he is going to lose a lot of business with this lady workingfor him. I walked up the counter to place an order and the 2 of the 3 people working were talking about how unhappy they were that they... WERE working. One of the 2 workers was letting the other know that he left a stove or burner or something on over night, becausewhen he got to work, the whole place was filled with smoke. This is probably something you should be talking about out ofcustomer ear shot. When I was finally helped, the lady who handed me my drink didn't fasten the lid and soda spilled on mypizza. I asked for another slice which was like, the BIGGEST INCONCENIENCE EVER based off the pained look in the cashiers eyes,and lack of apology. I mean, he saw what happened, I was still at the damn register. I sat down to enjoy my lunch, the lid AGAINpopped off my soda, and this time spilled all over the food, tray, and myself. I went back to the counter and waited for someoneto come out of the back. Finally, a woman walked up to me and I asked for a manager. She just stood there and starred at me, andI asked her "is that you?" and she replied with "ya". I explained the situation AGAIN, and she could see based on thesoda-soaked pizza, that there was a problem. I asked for a refund. She walked off and came back a few seconds later to processthe refund. She then told me "you need to throw all that out yourself. I wont take it back over the counter." There wasliterally soda spilled everywhere. I made more of a mess taking it to the trash myself. As I turned to throw it out, I told her"you know, an apology would have been nice!" and she just starred at me. Beth, the general manager needs serious managerialskill training. She didn't offer an apology, offer to remake the order, a freaking coupon, NOTHING! Very very disappointed inthe experience and the way the "manager" handed it. Based off other reviews, you need to fire her AND the other 2 workers, whodon't want to be there anyway based off the complaining I heard. Read more

Never buying food from this place ever again. Don't be the first customer of the day because the server only has one face and... that's stank along with a stank attitude. On top of the rude employee, there was charcoaled food from the previous day stuck tothe bottom of the very greasy slice of pizza. Wanna stay in business? That's definitely not the way to do it. Damn shame. Read more
