This location specifically does a great job moving their drive thru line. Some Sonic restaurants it's faster waiting in the... stall but this location serves both lots of people efficiently. Read more

They were nice but had trouble hearing my order correctly even though my voice was loud. I had to repeat myself several times.... They gave me the wrong item, but u was ok with it because it was close enough. The service was fast. Read more

Ordered on the app but when I tried to check in the app wanted me to pay again. There was no option to check in without paying... for the order again so I pressed the button on the drive up. The individual on the mic came on long enough to tell me to gothrough the drive through and immediately turned it off. Didn?t even get the chance to tell them I?m trying to check in; the micwas already turned off and ignored. Okay, that?s fine. I spend an hour in the drive through. No, I?m not exaggerating likepeople are prone to do when they are angered. Spending an hour wouldn?t have been so bad if I wasn?t treated rudely upon drivingup to the window to grab my two ice creams with missing churros. Asked for medium cheese fries and got this :( asked for light ice and got double ice. This is why people don?t like to go out to... eat bc you pay crazy prices for this. Read more

Fantastic!!! I'm so happy to see a restaurant still taking precautions with food service. I ordered through Uber eats and my... food came secure. Drinks covered with a huge sticker that no one can get into your drink without breaking it.Fast service also.Great job Sonic. Read more

We go to this sonic and it usually is 30 min.... so we did an app order to give plenty of time. Well we ended up sitting in a... stall for almost one hour!! We call and the guy was rude and hung up... we call back and he picks up and hangs up. So we stoodat the door asking for our food we paid for... after being ignored we finally get it. It isn't over... they forgot 3 items! Itis unbelievable how rude they are!! If they don't like the job, find another because treating your clients like this is AWFUL!!!HAVE I ALSO MENTIONED THEY GAVE ME A SPOILED MILKSHAKE TOO?? Read more

FYI 20+ minutes for drinks with only 4 customers in the drive up stalls. I highly recommend the gas station across the street... for your beverage involved purchases. Read more

In this day and age one expects to wait but to wait over 25 minutes for an order with just 1 item on it and then have that... single item come out 25 minutes later prepared wrong is too, too much. they made sure to charge for my customized item but theydidn?t even include the item I was up charged for? This isn?t covid related and if they are short staffed they should beginevery guest interaction with ?Hi welcome to sonic due to our staffing shortages it will be approximately a half hour before youwill receive your order? and let the paying guest decide if they would like to wait or not.
