I pulled into a stall to order my food. The employee tells me the stalls are closed and that I need to use the drive-thru to... order. Yet no attempt to use the stall off in any manner. Kinda frustrating considering the other location off of Eubank putssticky notes on the red buttons. They also use cones to signal they're closed. For whatever reason you cannot order on the appfor this location. Not sure what's up with that but because of this you can't get any specials they have. Waited for 10mins to place a order,got a #1 w green chilli ,received my order checked it & I don't if they were being funny but... I had no meat in my burger!! Yes only kids work here,they need some more customer training..double check your order people...NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER,SURELY WILL NOT RETURN HERE!! Read more

The person that took my order was miss know it all but when I got to the window I got an extra slush that I did not order. I... didn?t know until I took a drink out of it. When I asked if I was charged the girl with this horrible makeup told me very rudeYES!! When I asked if they were going to return my money for it she was mad and said she had to ask the mgr. So she comes backand said it went on my card but they want the slush (I had drank out of ) back. So I gave it back. I was going to throw it outanyway cause it?s not what I wanted., but during COVID. No wonder people are still getting sick just because they thought theywere getting me. Ha ha ha poor service (stupid) actually because the one who took my order seemed to be a know it all andcouldn?t even get my order right!!!!! Larissa provided excellent customer service when I was dissatisfied with my order. The food however, was not as good as... Larissa's service, 2 for $5 was a big waste ! I ordered a Frito wrap and a double cheese burger and got a jr Frito wrap andthat's not what was advertised. I called to complain and I was told they were out of full size tortillas I would have beenburned had I not complained. Larissa was able to resolve this by providing me an additional item at no additional cost whichturned out to be popcorn chicken which I appreciate but their was no meat in the chicken unfortunately all crunch that's it.Won't go back but thanks for at least trying to resolve this. Took one bite of my grilled chicken sandwich on the way home and it was so dry I had to spit it out. Was this sitting in the sun... for two days before it was served? The BBQ sauce i requested wasn?t included in the order, either, not like it would?ve madethis any better. Gross. Read more
