I?d leave zero stars if I could. We ordered ahead in the app, showed up, and tried to check in, the app refused, and the girl... said she would do it when we hit the button and our drinks would be right out. 15 minutes later, still nothing. We hit thebutton again and we?re met with attitude saying she told us the stall number and to check in on the app again. Which of coursewe had to explain it wasn?t working and they said they had already done so when we pushed the button the first time. Theyunfortunately and unbeknownst to them left the speaker on. I ordered though their app and it was fairly easy to use. It is a relief that when you check in to see your name pop up on the... the screen. Plus if you are not close enough to the location the app will not let you check in. It is a bit difficult to get toif you are coming from the south and will involve an u-turn at some point. I ordered one of the kids meal and drove off and didnot realize the toy was not in the bag. My daughter found out so I called them as I was finding a way to turn around andexplained the situation and asked if they would give us a toy. The manager, the one who answered the phone, said he completelyunderstood and that he would be glad to give us the missing toy. Additionally, he apologized for it being forgotten. When wegot back to the restaurant the team member brought out a bag which had more than one toy in it; of course, that really made mydaughter happy. The food was tasty. I ordered on line and i ordered my burger with green chili and bacon and a oreo cheese cake shake.. first I didn?t get the shake... and when i get home my burger is leaking and doesn?t even look good at all i take a bite and its chili dog chili not greenchili!! And the bacon is curled in a big ball! Im trying to call them i have called 23 times already no answer it rings andrings until it hangs up on its own!!! Read more
I had to give it a star which I feel terrible about because it has been one of the worse experiences I have ever had!!
