Why is your door locked 30 minutes after opening making people walk around to get in?
This is recently reopened, so they don't have everything on the menu yet. However, you won't miss it. Take the time to chat... with the team there. It's a fun friendly environment, with laughter and joy. The manager was over the top awesome, rememberingme after one day, and chatting with so many customers when they weren't slammed. I must have been mistaken, but I was under the impression that Starbucks is almost synonymous with coffee, so if you take the... time and have the money to go to a Starbucks, you should be able to buy a cup of coffee. Yesterday I visited to simply get acup of Dark Roast coffee, however I was told by the employees that since they were closing in 10 minutes, they had NO COFFEE. As someone who spent 25 years as a chef in food service, the first and most important lesson I taught to every employee wasthat the same standard of service MUST be given to every customer, whether they are the first of the day or the last! This isasinine behavior for any establishment to refuse service because a "barrista" would be inconvenienced and have to re-clean theitems needed to make one cup of pour-over coffee. Never again will I go to Starbucks with so many other options available in thedowntown area!! Read more
Terrible! Messed up my simple latte drinks two days in a row. The second time they put half the amount of espresso in the drink... that they were supposed to. Long line so I didn?t stick around to have them fix it again. They did to be trained from the groundup. Read more
It's a Starbucks, so I was able to what I usually get. However, Starbucks, STARBUCKS....teach your employees what an Au Lait is.... No where else except 'Starbucks-World' do people call an Au lait a Misto. Minor detail I know, but when you're in a hurry &staff has to go into the back to ask, it's a bit off-putting & waste of time. Plus the employees that were working, all seemedconfused. I took my grandchildren there for a quick breakfast but won't make that mistake again. The kids said their sandwich was good,... but my un-CINNAMON bun wasn't. And they didn't get my granddaughter's drink right. At 10:00a.m. they were already out of somethings. Disappointing. Read more
The staff here messed up our drinks numerous times. We ended up with about 4 free mis made drinks and the guy server was... mumbling under his breathe about us because he failed to train his staff on how to make drinks. He made a comment about how weshould've just drank whatever they gave us even though it wasn't what we ordered. Let's add suuuuuper slow and unorganized tothe review as well. Had to go back again today since its the closest Starbucks to the venue and people aren't even making largeorders but the line isn't moving. Staff doesn't know their store hours or they close when they want. Read more
