The staff is too narcissistic to ask if I've been helped yet even though I've been standing right in front of the girl in the... mobile order section for over 15 minutes, gave me the impression that "I'm too busy to help you or even acknowledge you" so Ididn't want to disturb. I then bring up the order and the girl I'm standing by in the mobile order section 15 minutes in and shetells me it's by the cashier register. Not only could I had the order a lot sooner but because it was over 15 minutes the coffeeprobably wasn't even good anymore... and why was it by the cashier when it was a paid for Uber delivery?! Please work on yourcommunication and work on being professional and teach these employees customer service! Get it together! Read more
Worst Starbucks I've ever been to over and over again. Instant regret it's right near my home so I always say maybe this time... it'll be better but it never is . Please use some of the money that you guys make to teach your staff how to make drinks. Read more
This store is consistent when it comes to understanding their customers! Adge, Emmy, and Esther are my favorites because they?re... always welcoming and greet me with a smile! Honestly, in but a coffee drinker and I can brew a tea for a fraction of the cyst that's just as good. I see Starbucks as more... if a cult following, millennial fad that just won't go away. That being said, the employees were all really friendly and theygot the rediculously complex order my guys texted me right. Two stars for them, one for the brand. Read more
Had to motor through Starbucks and spend my birthday gift card, thoughtfully given to me by starving and hard-working, student... nephew. I'm not a fancy drink person, so on this sweltering afternoon in July, trying to make my way back to work at home, Iordered the only thing my body was naturally craving, an iced cold coffee! I rolled ahead and no sooner could you say,'Chocolate Cream cold brew' when Angie's arm outstretched towards me with drink and bun in hand. Today I placed my order and it stated it was going to be ready at 8:00. Once I arrived I saw they were busy so I waited... patiently for my coffee to be ready. I ordered a shaken espresso with cinnamon powder because I usually like my coffee strong.My order wasn?t ready till 8:20 and once I received my order it didn?t look right. I couldn?t wait longer for them to remake itsince I was already late to work because of the wait. Well, all I can say is that my coffee tasted like cinnamon milk and notcoffee. I understand they were busy and was waiting patiently for my order but please just make the drinks right if we have towait.
