Worst customer service ever when we walk in the door they just stared at us never left their spot right by the register the mail... guy told us we only take card not cash in a rude way and all they do is just kept on staring at each other it was a boy and agirl you could tell they were really young and they were really rude. I made an online order. All of our subs were right except one which was on the wrong bread and was missing the cheese, veggies... and the mayo. We usually order in store and every time there is the same girl and women working that are related, they both needto work on professionalism and customer service. Read more
Disappointed they were closed at 7:43p.m. when the website states that they are open until 8:00 p.m. . The open sign was shut... off and everything was all closed up. There are people who work until 7:00 p.m. or 7:30p.m. who want a quick bite to eat andstop by the restaurant and they are closed. Read more
I was double charged for 2 sandwiches and requested a refund that I haven?t received. I called the manager and explained what... happened. She told me she?d call back. I haven?t heard from them since Thanksgiving. Don?t come here!! You?ll be overcharged forthings you didn?t order because employees are not trained correctly on how to work the register. Read more
This is the ONLY Subway I will go to in Albuquerque. I come to eat here 2 or 3 times a month. The ladies who work here are... ALWAYS nice. They always greet us when we come in and thank us when we leave. They hustle when they have a line, apologize forthe wait, and thank us for our patience. It is ALWAYS clean and the food always looks fresh. I just went today and one of thegirls was making me a sandwich and she stopped to sign for a package. She immediately changed her gloves after. It's subway so you know it's great, but the staff needs to just slow down a bit. I didn't order jalapenos amd I got a few. Plus... my sandwich is a mess. Makes it hard to eat. Read more
