I have been to this location twice and they don't have bread tell me how a sandwich place does not have bread. Clearly poor... management and laziness on staff end to prepare the right amount of bread for daily operations it literally takes only a couplehours to prepare BREAD. Read more

You can always s count on Subway food to be consistent and this location is no different. I got what I ordered and it was fresh... and tasty. I only have 3 stars because I prefer to order in the app and pick up in the store. I use the app because of thedeals. This location does not participate in accepting special deals through the app. That's a shame because I would have spentmore money if they had. Secondly, the app allows you to track the status of your order. I was in the Walmart when I ordered themwalked in to the Subway to wait. The picture I provided was the 'Online Order Pick Up' shelf. I like this idea. Come in. Getyour sub. Walk out. This picture was taken after the app informed me my order was ready...yet my sub is not on that rack. Iwaited an additional 5 minutes to see if it would be placed on the rack. Finally, I went to the counter to confirm I had theright location. I did and my sub was behind the counter. If you are not going to use the rack then put a sign on it instructingcustomers to go to the counter. I like the order ahead concept because I don't have to interact with employees. Read more

TV ad for 11/4 buy one footlong get one free. We went to purchase one young man said it was an on line order. Came home tried... ordering on line, they weren't taking any more orders on line. I wish I could give it a -10. I went here at 6pm this evening and there were three people in line including myself. As... everybody was waiting, the female employee said in a very annoyed voice, for us to please be patient as there were only twoemployees and they also had online orders they had to deal with. I was the 2nd person in line. When it was my turn I let herknow that I needed 5 sandwiches. She immediately became annoyed and stated "you're killing me". Then she proceeded to tell mewhat breads they didn't have and they didn't have them because she didn't have time to prepare it. I just walked out. I willnever go here again. I should have walked out as soon as she complained to all the customers about how busy they were. Whatscrazy is that not one of us customers were complaining or giving attitude about the service.
