***EDIT*** I've since been back to this Subway a few times and never had another problem. It also just occurred to me that maybe... someone called in sick or something. I changed my 1 star review to 5 stars. I've never given 1 star for a review. I usually do4 or 5, but I put in an online order. The app said my order would be ready at 1:50. I got there right at 1:50, and my orderwasn't ready for another 20 minutes. I don't blame the one person working there, slaving away to handle a nonstop line thatalmost went out the door. I felt so bad for the lone worker that I gave a $4 tip. I blame management for understaffing andtrying to save a buck. Maybe someone called in sick. Maybe it was a fluke.
