***EDIT*** I've since been back to this Subway a few times and never had another problem. It also just occurred to me that maybe... someone called in sick or something. I changed my 1 star review to 5 stars. I've never given 1 star for a review. I usually do4 or 5, but I put in an online order. The app said my order would be ready at 1:50. I got there right at 1:50, and my orderwasn't ready for another 20 minutes. I don't blame the one person working there, slaving away to handle a nonstop line thatalmost went out the door. I felt so bad for the lone worker that I gave a $4 tip. I blame management for understaffing andtrying to save a buck. Maybe someone called in sick. Maybe it was a fluke. But I'm thinking the store is relatively new and themanagement is just trying to save a buck by not hiring enough staff. So... 1 star Eubank Subway. 1 star. Read more

Went in and must've caught the end of the lunch rush. Both employees were really collected and friendly and didn't make any... mistakes or rush anyone, that I could tell. And there were a lot of us; they were busy! Were also really generous with thetoppings on our sandwiches. Read more

Idk how you can mess up a sandwich being a sandwich shop but this place managed to do it. Looks like they used a butter knife to... cut the bread, bread was hard as a rock literally and everything seemed like they shoved it into the bread like a burrito. Read more
The hubby and I tested positive for covid and had literally no energy to cook, ordered online and was not disappointed. Not only... were our sandwiches made correctly but the expected time was 50 minutes and we received our food within 15 minutes. Deliveryperson was kind enough to hang our food on our door and they even went above and beyond to write us a little note to feelbetter.
