Do not order online !! Everytime i order online at this location theres always a mistake or they dont have certain food items &... i understand sometimes but like to run out of bread? & then on top of that not getting refunded til the manager gets backbecause they always seem to be out of town and the person calling you to tell you they wont be able to make your orders islaughing at you while you?re asking them about your refund?? Don?t order online. Honestly pretty amazing how wrong they got the order, including forgetting things that were up-charges like... double meat and avocado. There was also only one person there at pickup time so it?s not like it was busy. If you?re there andcan watch your food be made I?m sure it?s as good as any other location, but if not there?s a serious ?I don?t get paid enoughand I don?t care? vibe here, so I would trust them to do anything right on their own. I have been going to this store for years. Great place, always polite, clean and fairly fast. There is always a line for lunch... but never to long for me to go somewhere else. Today(9-19-22), there was only one employee working. This employee was rockingit, making 3 and 4 sandwiches at a time. I did not have to wait any longer then normal, and had a polite conversation as well. Iasked for the employee's name and I think it was Queen! Hope you find more people like this! Read more
Do not use the online app! They will not make your sandwich before you get there. I guess on off hours it might work, but you're... waiting like everyone else if they're "busy". Huge disappointment and not the first time. No more app for me. Read more
Ordered a number 9 the dude that was making my sandwich was nice but then when one of the girls that was working there took over... and I wanted to add veggies on my sandwich and she told me no we don?t do that for the new sandwiches which is werid cause ivalways been able to do add ons at other subways with there new menu and when I ate my sandwich it was very soggy for some reason Read more
A smaller store that seems like it struggles with high capacity. In our experience, things were slower than usual because of a... staff shortage, lots of orders, and a small prep area. Despite this, the staff were incredibly kind and patient. Did a great jobwith the sandwiches and serving us! Read more
They are always generous with their adds for my sandwiches ????. I And when I used to drive coast to coast I used to stop there... as they were required for nothing but fresh so the yellow hots they'd give me them since they were going to have to throw themout and no one would ever do them as they were too hot for them? ???? Every time I go to this location they are always either out of the meatball subs or I have to wait over 15 minutes plus for them... to make some. I never seem to have this problem at any other subway location but this one specifically. Also the customerservice was very unfriendly; it doesn?t take much to greet a customer with a smile and at least apologize for unavailable items.I highly recommend staying away from this location.
