I ordered online for the convenience but the lobby was closed so I waited behind 6 cars. When I got to the window, It was... embarrassing watching this entire team struggle to put my order together. On top of that, the girl at the window stuck herfreaking dirty hands in my bag several times to check what was in it. After 25 minutes in the drive through, they atleast got myorder correct but didn?t give me any hot sauce. This team really has to figure out what their job entails. The girls at thewindow came off lost, incompetent and like they could care less or had zero idea what their job entails. Booooo. Read more

With so many restaurants going downhill these days, it's so nice to see taco bell keeping up their quality. The food is very... good, and it's ready quickly. The only reason I didn't give five stars is that this location failed to put my cinnamon twists inthe bag 5 out of my last 5 visits. Read more

Wait time excessive, food cold! Placed order on the App. Don?t know why because it doesn?t help get your food faster. I... arrived and was number eight car in line. It took over 45 minutes to pickup my order despite having made the effort to orderonline, and regardless, my order was already cold when I got it. The two women working the drive through happily strolled aboutunconcerned and showing no urgency for the excessive wait times their customers were tolerating. I won?t be returning! Read more

Do yourself a favor and drive the extra to the Academy Wyoming location. This location is absolutely terrible at fulfilling even... the most basic of orders and the app will hide all accurate reviews of this actual location. They didn?t even fulfill my orderand the app will not let me report it so anything I do will result in me ordering and paying twice. DO NOT VISIT THIS LOCATION. Read more

They're closed during "open" hours. Constantly. If you order via the app, they charge you and do not refund your money. Nobody... responds to the requests for a refund (multiple times now). If they can't afford staff to keep the doors open, that means whenthey are open, they are super-short staffed. Short staffing is when mistakes are made. Mistakes that could lead to food borneillness. The fact that there's no response to inquiries for refunds, shows management just doesn't care. Skip this location andgo elsewhere. Read more

This Taco Bell's card machine NEVER works! Half the time they only accept cash which you're told after waiting in the... ridiculously long line. I ordered 1 thing, a bean burrito, no onions or sauce for my toddler. 1 item, paid cash. They got thatONE ITEM WRONG!!!! Never going back to that location. Read more

On 08/23/22 @935 pm, A young white female started to take my order. I clearly said, two cheddar chalupas not the combo, just the... chalupas. I could hear very loud rap music blasting through the speaker everytime she talked. She rang up 2 combos. I said no.Just the chalupas. She went silent for a long time. I said, hello. And then she snapped at me after my 3rd hello to "hold on!".She put in the wrong chalupas. I said that perhaps she cannot hear me over the music. She started laughing at me. I droveforward and sat at the window for 8 minutes trying to call the store but just kept getting a busy signal. She finally came tothe window and said "What!" She wasn't going to come to the window until it was clear I had given up. I said, I need a manager.She slamed the window and I can hear her mimicking me that I need a manager over and over in a very rude voice. A teen boy walksby the window and laughs at me. Then a male who said he was the manager shows up. He claims she has many complaints on her andhe understands. I drive off without food. I cannot believe the level of customer service I received and I will never return. Ifthey refuse to fire this young lady, stop going there. On point, yumm! Great crew, we always drive the extra mile to come to this location. DO NOT GO HERE! I've rated this location... 5stars in the past, But today was the second time we've visited in the last 30 days and it was super disappointing(like lasttime). I hate, yes hate, that you can't go inside to pick up your online order(or at all for that matter) staff has become superrude, they ignore your questions and forget items so your forced to go sit back in a line of 10 or more cars to get what youpaid for. The food has been extremely chinzy. Bean burritos & tacos are given a teaspoon of bean/meat and mostly tortilla. It'slike the staff is paying out of their own pockets to make your food. We experienced many fast food restaurants w/rude workersthrough out the covid times but tonight's experience takes the cake. I won't won't won't return to this location unless they getsome workers that actually want to do their job. Nobody likes their job but you do what's expected, collect your paycheck andenjoy your time off. Simple Read more
