They gave me the wrong order? Then they said they fixed it it was still the wrong order? I ordered a chicken chalupa and #6 with... 2 beef chalupas and they gave me 2 chicken chalupas and one beef. The guy at the window told me they fixed it and just gave abeef chalupa. I got home and I had 3 chicken chalupas and 1 beef chalupa? They didn't put the sauce in the bag and also nonapkins? I don't know what it is about the west side of Albuquerque's food service, but this is the worst tacobell I've ever been to!... First the girl said that I can't place 2 orders at the drive thru and the staff were rude! No welcome no thank you no have agood night! Nothing! After my order the employee just shut the window on me. last but not least the tacos shells were stale andthey had no meat in them. I don't recommend this tacobell at all you will be disappointed! Ordered food online had it delivered..... missing half the order so I drove to the store after waiting 20-30 mins and having... them fix the order 3 times I was able to go home and eat. They kept forgetting items and bow cold since they refused to remakethe whole order so it was fresh at the beginning. After I got home found out they gave me wrong items I had bean burritosinstead beefy cheese burritos. So I would not recommend this place they have essentially up my order 3 times out of 5. Theydidn't even offer to refund or comp anything on the order either. Read more

This Taco Bell located on Central and Coors SW Deserves a 0 Star rating. We ordered 1 Taco Party Pack + 5 more Tacos Light... Lettuce @ the whopping Cost of $35.00 and this is what we received! 1st 4 photos!! Took them back, talked supposedly to Mgr. Onduty. We Asked for Order to be corrected, and Asked for a Refund. Mgr. Said could only give Refund OR fix order. Had them fixOrder and this is What Received. Again Asked for Light Lettuce! The 2 Photos With Taco and Lettuce on Paper Plate is what WeReceived from Mgr. Correcting Order, All they did in remaking them was Put Lots and Lots of Lettuce with Again skimpy Taco Meat!This is NOT ACCEPTABLE!!! Read more
