Showed up at 10:48pm and an employee I standing at the front door talking to two girls. I get to the drive through speaker and... he tells me they can?t make quesadillas because they are understaffed and don?t have enough people to maintain the machine tomake them?.yet they can talk to girls at the front door at 11:00 at night when I bet you that front door shouldn?t even be open!I have the recorded conversation on my go pro and will be sending to corporate. The most idiotic bathrooms ever! They have hands free faucets, soap dispensers and air dryers for your hands BUT? you have to... touch the dirty door handle with your hand!!! I know its fast food but seriously NO ONE who works there has ever noticed thisissue? Or they just don?t care? It?s great employees must wash their hands before they return to work? but not so great theyhave to touch a contaminated door handle to get out of the John? Read more
Ordered beef tacos and burritos to find out after I paid for it that they were out of beef. Ended up getting chicken in... replacement. Came to find out when I ate, there was nothing but cheese when it supposed to be a supreme . They were out ofeverything. Chicken made me sick still after 15 hrs. Also noticed 4 coworkers went into one of the employees vehicle to smokeweed with the same gloves on they used to make my food with and walked back into the store with them on and started to work tillI said something. Absolutely horrible experience. I don't say this lightly because my job IS customer service. Place only took cash today, went... for cash came back and waited 40 minutes after ordering to get my food with no one ahead of me. Was asked to park in front andwait, 10 min later was brought a small bag. When I mentioned that this couldn't possibly be my order as ours was larger I gotattitude from the girl and was told they were very backed up and it's coming and sat and waited more while watching other carscome and go with their orders. A guy that seemed to be the manager and the "only cook" came out a few asked if I received myorder because he made it and was told they brought it. When I showed him the bag I was brought that only had sauce and fries hesaid ok and would have to re-make my order. Waited a while longer and food was brought out and missing items which he again saidshould have already been given to me. At this point, 50 dollars later and 40 min of waiting I gave up and left with anincomplete order. Truly I think this location needs a little more oversight. Read more

I ordered chicken taco supreme, with extra cheese and guacamole. What I received was a taco supremes with added chicken but wait... no sour cream no guacamole and no cheese and one of the tacos was thrown in the bag upside down. Definitely wont be back!!! Read more
