Best prime rib in Albuquerque by far. Great food service and ownership that cares about their customers. Have used them for all... our family's big events over the last 30 years and never disappointed Read more

The Cooperage has been around for years. It had probably been 20 years since I have last been in. Prime Rib was excellent... (just as I had always remembered). Salad bar is also very good. Read more

Great salad bar, service a little slow. Had sirloin and enchiladas, sirloin order medium rare. Steak came with a couple of veins... of really tough tendon and cooked closer to rare. Very tough. Enchiladas were quite good. Read more

Went to enjoy a dinner to celebrate my birthday. It's been a while since I've enjoyed a lobster. Was going to go to Red Lobster,... but wanted to try something new and support a local business at the same time. While staff was polite, the atmosphere was likestepping back in time, and the pricing was a bit overpriced for what we were getting. I overall enjoyed my experience. But itwon't be my first choice for celebrating my birthday. Do I recommend? I guess so. Just wouldn't be my first choice. Read more

I come for the fabulous music - Albuquerque Jazz Orchestra first Tuesday every month, no cover. But this menu, and the highly... overrated salad bar, has not changed since I first ate here in 1980. To be polite, I'll get a glass of wine (list is limited butnot bad) and sometimes an appetizer (wildly inconsistent quality). The one time I ordered the prime rib, it was mostly gristle.Service is friendly, but they seem to be chronically understaffed. Too bad. Location is great, but most of us have dinnerbefore showing up.
