Order green chili burrito, asked for no extra green Chile. Instead I got so much green Chile you can't find the chicken. Talked... to Manager and she assured me it didn't have extra. Meanwhile the ticket shows extra. She hollered over me talking andbasically told I didn't know what I talking about because she made it.. Here I sit with an inedible pile of soup. Very poor customer service. I went through the drive thru and had a simple order. I hear the employees giggling and messing... around through the speaker, not paying attention. I had to repeat my self several times. I ordered a kids meal taco with nogarnish, I get my food and there?s garnish on the taco. I proceed to give it back to be remade and ask for a salsa when it comesout and she says I have to pay $1.17 for a side of salsa. Girl, what!!! I come to this location all of the time and nobody hasever made me pay for a small side of salsa that comes with the taco!! I mentioned that and she just stares at me with nothing tosay. I had to pay $1.17 for a 1oz side of salsa, ridiculous, just like the people who work here & have no common sense!! I?msurprised they didn?t make me pay for ketchup for my fries!! Make it make sense. Excellent New Mexican style breakfast burritos. Been going to twisters for years, and they've been great the whole time. Both... are egg, potato, cheese and sour cream with added shredded beef. I prefer the red, and she prefers green! Read more

Went to the drive-through 20 minutes till close, they said that they were only taking online orders, I went to the website to... place an online order that said it would take 30 minutes to be created, And the system wouldn?t take my order because the storewould be closed at that time. Pretty sure they were just trying to close early. If they don?t want business don?t give thembusiness. Sonic is open late down the street, as is Wendy?s and all the other standard chains. Read more
