Went here and got two combo meals ? they didn?t include any straws for the drinks. I?m not sure what is going on with Wendy?s... these days, so many of the locations have terrible service now. Like the managers aren?t doing their job, and the employees arenot receiving proper training. I never experience this kind of bad service at Chick-Fil-A or In-N-Out. Read more

The lobby is still not open even after a recent remodel. Does the OWNER of this store know this? Drive through folks said it's... because they are short of staff, but they were falling over each other at the window. Looked like there was plenty of staff toopen the lobby. Read more
I bought a strawberry frosty but they put chocolate halfway through. Wasted my money, not a good mix at all.
We waited in drive through line for almost 40mins. Cars started to drive off, I reversed and asked if everything is ok, the... Wendy?s guy said ?we are extremely short staffed and I am not going to be able to make sandwiches or any meals. But he letpeople stay in the drive through with not telling them what was going on. Don't know what you all think about this place but I noticed the food just isn't the same anymore. The meat isn't fresh, looks... more like mystery meat, doesn't taste good either. The chicken sandwich is awful, the salads are over priced and it's hard toget fresh hot fries. They are still keeping lobby closed and allowing people to suffer at the drive thru. The crew tonight in the drive-thru smacked it out of the park tonight!!!!! Rolled up with a car full and had a big order,and... they absolutely killed it! Made it home with all 5 meals,exactly how we ordered them,piping hot and fresh,6 drinks were allcorrect and 5 frosty's to top it off!! Great job to these hard working employees! Customer service was great as well,had 3different people at the window bring different things out and all were in great spirits. We'll definitely be back soon! Thanksagain! Read more
