Worst customer service this morning. Stopped by this morning on the way to church to get breakfast. Ordered our normal and asked... for it large, since we split it, when we said that was all the drive thru lady scoffed. Got up to the window. Got given a smalldrink, she shut the window grabbed our food and basically threw it at us. When I asked for our debit card back, again shescoffed and rolled her eyes. Never got a receipt so we don't know her name. Very rude and unprofessional. Would give no stars ifthat was an option. Read more

Over the past year or so, this wendys has gone to the dumps. Each visit seems to take longer and longer. After a 20-30 minute... wait at the window or order menu, your food is cold. Almost as bad as going to McDonald's closest to this location. My familychose tonight to no longer go to this Wendys. New store manager is needed at this location before we decide to return. WORST Wendys in all of ABQ hands down. I waited in drive-thru for over an hour, to watch them take 1 order at a time and then... proceed to not take the next until the customer was driving away. ????
