WORST Wendys in all of ABQ hands down. I waited in drive-thru for over an hour, to watch them take 1 order at a time and then... proceed to not take the next until the customer was driving away. ???? OH and THEN messed up my entire order to tip it off.Don't go to this wendys, if you DO have a problem. The manager will tell you he's busy and proceed to hang up on you. Worst customer service this morning. Stopped by this morning on the way to church to get breakfast. Ordered our normal and asked... for it large, since we split it, when we said that was all the drive thru lady scoffed. Got up to the window. Got given a smalldrink, she shut the window grabbed our food and basically threw it at us. When I asked for our debit card back, again shescoffed and rolled her eyes. Never got a receipt so we don't know her name. Very rude and unprofessional. Would give no stars ifthat was an option. Read more

cashier would rather prioritize having their headphones in than listening to the customer. Very clearly ordered a large spicy... nugget meal was given a small and regular instead of spicy nuggets. And to top it all off waited a good 15 mins and it was coldand old ????? Read more

I went through the drive thru and the lady there was the nicest person, she was very fast and did her job amazing, I think her... name started with a A that?s what she told me! But there was dude next to her that was moving very slow I didn?t get his namebut she seems very irritated at him. Read more

Over the past year or so, this wendys has gone to the dumps. Each visit seems to take longer and longer. After a 20-30 minute... wait at the window or order menu, your food is cold. Almost as bad as going to McDonald's closest to this location. My familychose tonight to no longer go to this Wendys. New store manager is needed at this location before we decide to return. This sign is the red flag saying run away....I wait over 40 mins for 3 cars just to only order. (According to my GPS I was there... well over an hour) Everyone... Save yourself and just go to another location. And it's sad I've been coming to this location forover 20 years and it just keeps going down hill. It's time for corporate to step in......... Update: you burned my son's mouthafter giving me spicy nuggets to where he ran to my kitchen faucet in pain from the heat and then if you threw my JBC at amirror you'd shattered it cause the bun is so hard and two pieces of bacon should be two pieces not one broken in half....NEVERRETURNING!! Used the Wendy's app to order burgers. Waited in the parking lot for 10 minutes before I went in. Guess what, they hadn't even... started my order. So I waited 15 more minutes while they "rushed" my order. Got home, took one bite & had to spit it out. It wasraw hamburger, just like in the grocery store.
