Hamburgers were hot and made to order. Service was S-L-O-W, took 15 minutes to get our order. Gravy served with chicken strips... was ICE cold. This is NOT an exaggeration. Returned gravy and received hot gravy that was not much thicker than milk. Definitelymissed the mark on this visit. Doesn't measure up to Texas Whataburger. Stood at counter a good 5 minutes before anyone came totake our order even though several employees walked by us going out. Table was clean. Longest wait in the drive thru in town. Only one lane open and waited over an hour. When I got to the window the heavy set... manager was showing 3 workers things on her phone. A lot of standing around without an urgency. When I got home the burger washorrible. The cheese was not even melted on the burger. My kids were grossed out with their food. For the past 2-3 weeks the quality of this whataburger has gone down significantly. Normal wait times have become longer than... usual and incorrect orders are happening more often. Today I ordered a #2 with cheese, jalapeños and bacon with a large sodaand fries so it came out to 13-14 dollars and the burger I got came with no meat and no bacon. Read more
Clean dining room, quick order, extremely nice counter staff. Manager came out to say "Hi". Order was prepared quickly and... brought to us at the table. Food was delicious. A patty melt and a chicken biscuit with honey at 10:30 in the morning! What,'s not to love? Read more
Ordered online and arrived at the time it stated that my order would be ready. Waited an extra 30-35 minutes after being told it... would be out "shortly". When I finally received my order it was wrong. They forgot to put the gravy in the bag and one of theburgers had cottage cheese and was missing the green chili. Other than this location being short-staffed, great food. They gave me a small fry at request for the wait. ,Took 30 to 40... minutes just for 2 meals and the drive thru was backed up to the planet fitness next door. Read more
These are the worst burgers and fries I have ever gotten the burgers we're cold the cheese wasn't melted it was like eating two... pieces of cardboard the fries were so cold and hard like a jawbreaker. It was so bad I tried to give it to my dogs and theydidn't even want to eat it. They make the McDonald's on Coors and Arenal look like fine dining.
