So let me start by saying, I messed up. Me. I forgot to change the "ASAP" to "Later" when ordering online. I realized almost... instantly after placing the order and tried calling the store to fix it. I was repeatedly placed on hold over and over (about 4different time) for about 4 minutes at a time before I would hang up and try again. I was trying to get the order fixed beforeit was ready. On the last try, I ended up getting through and they told me my order was ready. As we were not ready to eat foranother 2.5 hours I asked if there was anything that could be done. The manager was kind enough to make a note on our order.They did ask for me to make sure my order is correct next time before placing the order. However when we went to pick up thefood the store was super busy, but our food was hot, fresh, and ready. Thank you current manager on 11/12/22! Read more

In this restaurant, most employees are great and respectful people. But I came across a childish phone answer from this... restaurant, When I tried to check if a delivery order is ready for pickup yesterday evening. I told the name on the order and I received it is ready answer. When I walk-in, it is not ready! Isn?t it a childish treat? I don?t expect such an annoying phoneconversation from people I expected great. By the time I walked in, there is a 2/3 face covered boy was working upfront. May behe recalled his childhood or abnormality pulse. I want to say, Even though your are busy, never change your good attitude! Ifyou?re upset remain calm or leave for early break. Grossed out by what I witnessed. As I sat waiting, I noticed (what seemed to be) the manager, sneezing. Good news is he... sneezed into his arm. Bad news is he wasn?t wearing a mask & continued to talk over the food he was bagging. I have no idea ifthis was allergies or something else, but every time he sneezed/spoke over the food, I couldn?t help but think of little spitparticles landing on what was about to be my meal. Also saw him reach up and scratch his forehead/touch his slicked hairseveral times?all without gloves. I don?t even think he knew he did it, which is disturbing. I don?t want forehead sweat orhair grease being transferred from somebody?s hands to my food. NONE of the employees handling the food were wearinggloves. Not rating lower because the employees were all very nice (including the manager) & the food was good. I just wishmore attention was spent on not potentially spreading germs/anything else. Read more

We don?t eat Wing Stop often and the last time we ordered, it was about 1-2 months ago. Unfortunately at that time, our order... was made incorrectly. We called, they offered to remake the order but with 4 very hungry kids at home, we didn?t have time. Theylet us know we could get our order remade at any time and kept that promise months later. The staff was also super friendly fromthe start of the call until pick up. Highly recommend this location. Read more

Great costumer service!! I ordered maybe 3 weeks ago online on a Friday. Website said it?ll take 45-50 minutes. I get there... maybe an hour after I ordered. My food wasn?t ready yet (I was not in a rush, no big deal) but they were so good to everyonewaiting! The staff did not seem stressed and they were on their game. The manager even went up to the (super nice) girl workingin the front and told her to offer everyone in the waiting room a drink. Food was awesome! Will be back! :) Read more

The food was good but the girl up front needs to watch her language before she answers the phone. I was waiting for my order and... the phone rang and she said "Gxx Dxxx, phone calls." I place my order online and it said that the order should be ready in 58-63 minutes, I also did not receive a message when it... was ready.I arrive and took 40 more minutes for me to get my order. They had enough people to complete all the orders that theyhad but they were not capable of completing my online order during the time period. When I checked my food my fries where notfully cooked and the boneless wings did not have much sauce. Not only my self but other costumers where complaining about therefood and how long it took. When approaching the cashier he seemed like he did not know what he was doing and was not helpful. Read more
