Did an online order, sent my grandson to pick it up.They gave him the wrong order! It said Adam instead of Amanda. Sent him back... AGAIN ! While my granddaughter was on the phone explaining what had happened. He got back saying they wanted Adam's order BACK!THREE FRICKEN TIMES!! he had to go FOR A MISTAKE THEY MADE!! & ALSO THEY DIDN'T GIVE US OUR FULL ORDER!!! NO FRIES!!! In what world does it take 45 minutes to make chicken wings? I can see this if they had cages in the back and had to pluck the... feathers themselves. This was our wait time last visit and asked if this time is ok, I said no and walked out. Read more
Day crew is excellent I live walking distance from the Montgomery & San Pedro location and I drive all the way to the west side... to get wings from this location. Unfortunately this review does not apply to the night crew. I have placed night orders a fewtimes and they do not follow instructions (wings well done) like the day crew customer service is not good like the day crew andthe over all experience was disheartening considering how far I drive for this location. I'll stick to only ordering during theday that crew is GREAT! Read more
Great timely service. They let me know that my food would be about 20 minutes and it was. My friend ordered ahead though tans... their food was ready when they arrived so if you?re in a hurry, use the app or order online. My office is really cold and it wascold in the restaurant so we ate outside. It was shaded so still not too hot. And the cashier brought our food out to usoutside. Read more
Was giving up on wingstop due to over cooked wings. But stopped today to get some for daughter and boy I have to say, these were... the best cooked wings I've had in a long time. Hats off to the cooks at thus location. Great service as well. Read more
This place is for sure a hit! If you treat the young kids in there even half way decent they make some really good that?s worth... the wait. See, these wings are cooked to order, have some patience! It?s best to call in ahead even if you?re actually dining inthe restaurant. Just some advice! They have the best seasoned fries and you can ask for your wings crispy!! Read more
Service is fast and friendly. I order online and the wait time is usually short (15 -20 min). The only gripe I have about the... food is the wings aren't all the way covered in sauce, some are completely naked ????. Otherwise, everything is pretty good. Read more
