Had to take my wings back because food was cold and my first bag was coated in oil and there was no ranch in the bag. Ordered... medium wings and there was so much oil it made the sauce separate. We had to literally pour our oil out our wing the secondtime. Manager handled the situation great at first then we left with our new order of wings, checked the bag in the car to onlyfind out they forgot our ranch that we had to pay $5 for and when we walked in to get our ranch we then caught them conversingamongst each other about how funny it was to not have ranch and how oily it was, it?s disgusting how oily my food was I couldn?teven enjoy it. Would you want to eat food out of an oily bag much less it being coated in oil?. I spent almost $30 and went backagain to get trash wings. As they were busy on a Halloween night with calls as I waited and families walking in to order. They still took time to clean in... the kitchen a guy was on top if cleaning the floors, behind the stations, and counter tops. The lady who was taken orders workedso well under pressure of being short staffed trying to call in people. She managed to keep well hospitality. The food: thefries are so well seasoned and fresh. I recommend the habanero boneless wings just the balance of flavor in them was good andmeat was at the right temperature. Read more

I bought wings and fries this evening and it was really gross. The wings were WAY overcooked, completely dried out, super hard... like jerky and flavorless. Fries were flavorless and cold. The food was truly awful! The staff were rude and obviously did notwant to be there. Something needs to change. Read more
This is the best Wingstop in NM! I come here regularly, and the staff here are just wonderful! Cruzito and Maya always remember... me, and know my order. Food was great. We called in our order before we arived order was ready in about 15 min. We ordered the Thigh Bites for 2. We... tried the Blazed &Glazed and the Mango Habanero bites. They both tasted great. Only thing was that the fries were really saltysadly. But all in all it was a great meal for 2 people costing just over $15. Even had another container with leftovers. Im a regular customer here all the time and after this experience I don't even want to go anymore. I go inside to pick up my... order, and a new manager and register clerk (clerk on the phone)both look right at me and don't say anything. Okay, whatever.The clerk gets off the phone and takes our name and says our orders not quite ready. And then another gentleman (of a differentethnicity than me) comes in behind me, and is politely greeted by the manager. At this point, I'm done. The same manager hasbeen rude to me time and time again, and now clearly thinks I don't deserve the same customer service as everyone else. Sad... Read more
