Ordered big Mac meal with no pickle and a double quarter pounder meal add Mac sauce. Received a big Mac with two pickles and a... bacon cheeseburger. When food was replaced worker tossed bag on counter and walked off- no apology offered. Read more

We ordered from an online deal on the McDonald's app. Apparently that frustrated someone because when we left the drive thru our... sandwiches were absolutely loaded with salt and pepper. I wished I could show the pics on here, I'll put them on the Googlepics. I have never in 40 years had a saltier burger. I can understand a mistake but this was intentional. Read more
They forgot my fries through the drive thru, so I went in. The employee taking orders in the lobby was extremely rude to me... (although she was rude to everyone; I watched her interact with others), then they forgot my fries AGAIN so I reminded someoneelse after waiting for several minutes. When I was finally able to eat, my food was cold and very poor quality. Disappointing. Read more

was given the wrong order~ I order the new double blt qpc large meal with sweet tea. When I got home, no straw, no napkins, no... ketchup and a double cheesebuger, med. fries and a diet coke!!!
