I couldn't even get myself to give it a 1star but had to to post I ordered the long haul eggs basted over med they came out... crispy and it had what they called sausage gravy on the biscuits and it looked like they cleaned out the grease trap and put iton. My husband's toast was not toasted and no butter. Not to mention we had to wait 49 minutes to get the food. Will not goback. Read more
Stopped for some food. Wife had fish and chips and said it was fabulous. Son and I had the club sandwich. Lasted 2 meals it was... so big. Great taste. Would/will stop again. Read more
Please keep place open. We Drivers have a hard time finding places to go in to eat. Sure, we can cook in the truck if we can... find healthy stuff we are able to cook in a portable method, but every now and then it's nice to get out of our 8' boxes, andafter a 14 hour work day, sometimes it's nice to not have to cook. Tried to place a to go order. They placed me on hold than hung up on me after 8 minutes. Refused to take my order just told me... hold on so I guess I'm bypassing this ta altogether and doing my 30 minute break elsewhere. Thanks for refusing me service guessI'll give my money elsewhere that actually wants it!!!!! Just wanted a burger and fries... They had steaks on special tonight, so I got the 16 oz Ribeye. I'm not too picky on how it is done, provided it is somewhere... between Medium to Medium Well. I do not like it dry, but it came out dry, and brown, and it was tough. I wondered why it wastaking so long to come out, well this is why. After this, I went to the salad bar to drown it Italian Dressing so it had somejuice. To be honest, it was not good, although the flavor was decent. They have been running a deal where when you buy 6 mealsthe 7th is free. This was my free one, so that is why it gets 3 stars. Otherwise it would have been 2. Corporate doing a check up on their store sitting where we could hear them talk.. one of the men mentioned that he would rarely... eat this food, he infact said he would rather eat a couple slices of pizza from pizza hut... the beef stew suuuucked, even thewaitress agreed that it was "blaaaa"... then my mac came out kiddi sized.. man CC, get your shi* together yo! I thought the food here was very good, had the chicken fried steak and eggs breakfast and the only thing bad I would say is it... was a really small hash brown serving. Still not small enough to knock it down a star, I would go half a star but the systemwon't do that. LOL The sausage gravy actually had a lot of sausage in it and was good, the steak was really good as well. OldSchool cafe Atmosphere here. Waitress was attentive, friendly, efficient. Read more
