I was in Alden, Iowa Casey?s 11/23/21 & was quite offended about the way Destiny (manager) & two other girls (Sam & Cheyenne)... were talking in the kitchen area. The three were extremely loud & using extreme foul language. I looked toward kitchen area &looked right at one of the girls but they just kept using the foul language. I could even hear them from the back of the store.I will not be returning to this store as the three of them should know better, ESPECIALLY the manager!! Girls, use yourheads!!!! Read more
Today at 8PM 6/11/2021 called in a order very rude and the person kept saying is that it like I was bothering her
Don't have a sign on the main hwy when you're 5 miles off the hwy and your pumps aren't 24 hours.

Only one type of gas (87). Alcohal selection i minimal... The bathroom were clean what i have seen at regular service stations.... Employees were friendly. Oh and 5 miles out of the way to find it did not have the fuel i needed was highly disappointing andthe employee couldnt tell me where ti find 91/93 gas except i have to look down the highway. I called in a pick up order of pizza bites and cheese bread. When I went to pick it up the order was wrong. The person working... said that I had ordered cheesy potatoe bites. I said that I didn't, he said yes you did. I then said I will wait for cheesebread. He said no you ordered cheesy potato bites. I told him I had no problem waiting. He then said that I didn't order thatover the phone. That's when I said nevermind and left. Guess I will be ordering from the Iowa Falls' Casey's from now on. Notvery good customer service. Read more
