My friend and I were our way back to Rochester from Buffalo and were taking the back way. Found this little place in Alden in... the Tops plaza. The food was amazing and the service was quick. Very pleasant owner , was working alone. Definitely will comeback when in the area! Read more
So, this place used to be in the McKinley Mall and I used to go there all the time just for this place! Now I discovered that... Nana?s Mediterranean is in Alden and I am so happy! Today is my first time at their location in Alden and I must say their foodis absolutely as good as it was when they were at McKinley Mall! Today I only got their Mediterranean Supreme Wrap and a side offries and the wrap was absolutely wonderful! The fries were also amazing considering they were fries! This place is awesome! Owner/Cook is from Lebanon and makes everything from scratch with ingredients from Lebanon. You get a... lot of food for the price you pay, and everything I ordered was excellent. I was not a big fan of Mediterranean food prior tocoming to Nana's Mediterranean, but this place has me hooked! I highly recommend the rice bowls. Can't wait to come back again. Read more
I understand that everyone has their own preference of food, and I only had 2 items here... But I have to say... This gave me... absolute nostalgia of growing up and having my mom buy me the Beef/Chicken Soulvki and greek potatoes at the Eastern HillMall. I have only eaten here 3 times in 5 years!!! I didn't even realize we had this available in Alden. And I have to say...it's been 5 stars and amazing each 3 times. For about 10 bucks and less than 10 minutes you can get an amazing meal. The mostconvenient thing is I can order and go shopping next door at Tops and get my meal when I finished shopping. The only thing Iwish is that they had local delivery. A+ No more desperate McDonalds meals! Read more
