This McDonald's is close to home, been here many time, but I've had enough, Not a good place to go. Understaffed, or at least... looks like it. Not clean. Seems like staff isn't trained properly. Service wasn't good. Order incomplete, didn't even getcondiments in the bag, do not recommend going here, ever!! By far the worst local McDonald's, and I have worked as a manager at another McDonald's location in the past. Service is... terribly slow and they are constantly running out of product, it's astonishing sometimes. Orders are usually made incorrectly,somehow they manage to forget straws consistently and cheap out on ingredients. I don't get McDonald's often but from what Irecall a mcchicken gets more than half a pump of sauce and 3 shredded pieces of lettuce. Anyways, I'd just hit up anotherlocation if you have a craving. Child play area is a plus. However, low maintenance. Floors don't look cleaned. Some toilets had no paper left. Leftover kids... sock in the play area. Read more
Disgusting kids room and inability to process an order properly. The kid?s room looked as if it hasn?t been cleaned in a month.... Every table was nasty and everywhere I stepped was sticky. I ordered a kid?s meal. Was rung up as a normal order, so no toy andbox. It was a crazy lunch hour so I didn?t say anything. But come on. This place needs to close down and get new owners! Our orders are always wrong, most of the time the coke tastes like water. Not... to mention the ice cream machine is always broken, not serving or ran out. It is pathetic, I ask for a normal chicken nuggetpiece with fries and sweet and sour sauce and I don?t get sweet and sour sauce. They don?t even put straws in for the drinks! Iordered a cheese burger but there was no cheese on! When we order coffee with sugar, there?s never sugar in the coffee! The manager had the audacity to kick us out still during operating hours because he was showing favor to other customers. We... were forced to go through the drive thru. I personally believe this was pure favoritism by the manager. This is completelyunacceptable and I will never be wasting at this establishment ever again. Not only that but their drive thru lane was closedeven though they have a sign up that says any lane open 24/7. This is absolutely ridiculous!!!! Their is no visible reason thatit should be closed. Good experience here. The restaurant was clean and well lit. The washroom is clean also. The server was friendly. I?ve been... to a lot of McDonald?s over the years and this was a great restaurant and good quality food. Read more
