Brian, who just served us at 11:39pm on November 5th, was absolutely amazing. My family has lived by this McDonald's since it... first opened in the early 2000s. The atmosphere here was less than amazing for quite some time but for a little while now Inoticed a massive shift in the demeanor and friendliness of the workers. I understand this kind of job can be incrediblydifficult and it can be really thankless. Some people are just horrible to service workers. I always try to respect that as muchas I can. It takes a special kind of person to elevate the environment in a situation like that and Brian has done exactlythat. I hope someone important sees this and ensures he receives the recognition he deserves. Read more

Took a gamble this morning and went to McDonald?s for the first time in a year. This location used to have a fast drive-through... pre-Covid. This morning it took around 10 minutes to get through the drive-through then after getting my micro orange juice,went to go inside to get some ketchup for the hashbrowns which they didn?t put in the bag & all doors were locked. A customerlet me in. It appeared that there was a skeleton crew working. It seem like the poor lady was working the front tills as well asthe drive-through, which explains the long wait at the drive-through, and they likely had to all the front doors locked so thatpeople would use the drive-through rather than come inside. All the bathrooms were locked as well so overall, this wasabsolutely terrible experience at this location & I will not be back. Read more

If you want to stand at the cash register for 20 minutes and not get any service come on down!! They always get my order right... but it takes forever and they barely serve you at all. Everyone just stays in the back. I don't bother going inside anymorebecause they ignore me everytime. Hand sanitizer and receipt paper on the self order machines always seem to be emptytoo. They are short of staff. Over worked . Yesterday at 12am one employee doing everything she only did one order at a time ... causing a long line up. 30 min to get a coffee. She should get a bonus. And she still served with a smile and a pleasantcomment. They should pay more for night shift . Maybe they would have more staff. If they her I would give a 5 but a 4cause of waiting. Most people would have closed. Must of been 15 cars in the line up and didn't see anyone leave. Thanksfor the chance to comment. Night. Read more

This location brings "cutting costs" to a new level.... They served me 1/3 of a small fry, claiming thats the amount given in a... happy meal.... mmm, noooo, as much as I don't want to admit it, I just have to say, I've never gotten a tiny portion this smallbefore when I order my snack. Friend went in to go get it filled properly and the guy in front of them was returning a partiallyfrozen poutine..... clearly this place is in need of proper training. I would not recommend this location, clearly they arecomfortable cutting corners and significantly skimming portioning... not like it matters, but, I definitely won't be back again????.... unimpressed Read more

Recent renovations are pretty good, they got rid of the drink dispenser; you have to ask (and wait) for refills, straws and... lids. Service is ok; these guys have to handle a lot of workers from the industrial block at lunch time. Read more
