Not bad service and not good just so cheap on veggies ask the lady 2 to add extra spinach
Hi I went to the restaurant today I needed to get 3 sandwiches I ordered my first sandwich and the girl was taking my order put... my sandwich into the toaster and went to her co-worker to explain something on the computer. Then she came back I ordered mysecond sandwich and I was about to order third she took the first sandwich from toaster and asked me for vegetables I said Iwant to order third sandwich too. She very rudely replied order all at once. Then after paying I asked for the receipt and Iasked what was the girl name who made my order one girl said very rudely we don?t give names. Then the girl who made my ordershe came to me said very very rudely and aggressively let me give my name and do whatever you want to do. They were screaming atme in front of my 3 years old daughter. Is this the customer service are we getting. Can you imagine they are doing in front ofmy 3 years old daughter. I am devastated. Read more
Terrible service, rush your through your order, do not listen to you, and make a terrible sandwich. Would recommend in the area... to go to the Sunday at 264 and Fraser Hwy. Avoid the one by No Frills Read more

Subway is a franchise so each one is different. I?ve been to this one trice and each time the employee?s act like they just hate... me, and barely put anything on the sandwich. There are better subway?s to spend your money at. Read more
The veggie containers were nice and full but the containers didnt look as clean as they could have been. Maybe they dont wipe... them out between refills? They should. They also throw out soup if it's not sold by 6pm. I was there and the girl said she wasgoing on break, I'll just toss it as I leave. I ordered a soup (not realizing it was the soup of my choice that got tossed) thenthe guy says that they throw it out at 6pm. It was only 515 when I was there. Anyways, service was good, veggies were fresh butlittle things bugged me. I'm always weary about the 2 aldergrove locations. Read more
Ripped me off. I ordered 3 subs, but got charged for 4 subs. They won?t refund me. I believe this was one of the stores that... was using past due food ingredients. It makes sense seeing as there are reviews about wilted veggies. Scam Read more
