Fri, Dec 2, 1:55. Stood at front for 10 mins before being helped, girls talking in the back working at snails pace. Finally got... helped. Got my food right away but waited another 6-7 mins for my coffee, which they forgot. Its snowing, and I ended up missingmy bus which i gave myself 15 extra minutes for. Absolutely horrible. My mom is 37weeks pregnant and she was craving some Tim?s, she went to the bathroom while ordering and her... experience there was horrible. There was feces on the side of the sink and all over the floors. It smelt horrible, my experiencewith ordering was no better. 1, there was a worker eating whilst making orders, no glove changing, hand washing. She changed hergloves once she noticed I was observing this behaviour with a disgusting look on my face. 2. They make fun of people in Punjabi;I am Punjabi myself and they were making very racist remarks against Caucasian/African people. I found this extremelydisturbing. 3. They ask you to repeat your order numerous times. 4. We ordered a simple 2 coffee and coup, it took them around25 minutes to complete the order. I will be going back and taking pictures, reporting them to Fraser health. This is beyondunacceptable. Read more
Very disappointed with the service today. I'm not out in Aldergrove that often anymore, but when I am I always stop here because... they have the best "cinnamon buns" of any Tim's I've been too. I went through the drive through today with my usual order (hotchocolate + cinnamon bun) and was bluntly told "we don't carry those." I clarified because sometimes they're just sold out. "Wedon't carry those." I ordered something else and looked on the app in the parking lot. "Cinnamon Roll".... I've been orderingthem as cinnamon buns for 2+ years and nobody has ever corrected me or not known what I wanted. This includes the year plus ofordering "cinnamon buns" every weekend when I was visiting family five minutes away. I just stopped this morning at 430 am to get my coffee and 2 cinnamon raisen bagels .I get to work open them up .I don't know... what gross stuff they put on them. But it almost made me gage at the smell . If they don't understand the customer at the drivethrough .ask whn they pull up to the drive through window . Don't just give them something they won't be happy with. Now I'mout the cost of the 2 bagels cause they messed up my order .I've also emailed head office over this. We ordered veggie wrap and croissant with egg & bacon today in the morning 26 of july 2022 along with 2 french vanillas. first ... of all in veggie wrap they added egg. second i ordered just 1 croissant she gave us 2 and in both croissants bacon wasn't cookedproperly its was raw. we paid $20 something. food wasn't delicious at all. We were laughing at veggie wrap with egg. Girl withnecklace on took our order. very sad if she's new please provider her someone so she can take proper order. Thank you. ???? Read more
I?m a vegetarian and ordered a harvest wrap. They put real sausage in the wrap and when I went back they started arguing and... saying it was a harvest party. Until they pulled a real sausage out and realized the mistake they made. The issue is the ladytouched everything with her gloves and then proceeded to make my wrap with contaminated gloves. Exceptional service - they appeared to be all out of the cookies we wanted, so they made us a fresh batch! Delicious and warm!... Space was well organized to accommodate for distancing. Nice to still be able to sit in with the kids. Read more
