Foreign manager reminded me of the saying we used to say amongst us foreigners:" you can take the boy out of the country but you... can't take the country out of the boy".. That's what I thought of when this restaurant manager hang up on me when I called toask for the reason I paid main course dish prices for plain side pastas!! Using his zero PR skills, he justified food cost asthe main factor...But Shouldn't a small side of plain pasta cost less than the main course meal that has protein andvegetables? Obviously, by hanging up on me, he didn't realize my call was the opportunity for him to rectify the problem orsimply invite me back to clear the situation . He decided I was not important enough to return back though the restaurant isliterally in the back of my neighborhood! But he also didn't see that I could come here to finish my conversation with Everyoneelse instead! The waitress, too carrying an attitude through the roof! I just don't get it, If you are waiting on tables andcan't wear a smile on your face, it?s a big chunk out of your pay! Go do something else where you can be cheerful, excited andmost of all Happy! It's never about you when customers come in your work place! Food was good however, $18 is over priced for acheese pizza. But $13 for Calamari was probably the most fair in taste and price for this evening. Salads were great! Butoverall it's an uninviting place. Unlike some Italian restaurants that make you feel the right atmosphere with God father music, perfect lighting, and grape leaves decoration adding glamour and fantasy to the restaurant This place is nothing like that! Forlack of words and time to describe all details, It feels rather like a manufacturing company with extremely high booths hidingeverything, dark lighting, and sad people dragging their feet and waiting tables... God bless. Read more

ordered pizza and pasta here on a Wednesday night. was fairly empty when I arrived around 5:30 PM. the kitchen was super busy... though! they had several people come in and out to order or pick their order up. it took about 15 minutes to have my orderready. pizza was good! good crust, but toppings were sparse on my pizza. pasta was creamy & they put a ton of prosciutto inthere too. I'd return to try their other menu items! Read more

The food was decent, the restaurant was clean, staff was friendly. The price is a little high but what doesn?t cost you an arm... and leg nowadays. I would most likely eat here again Read more

my experience in this Italian restaurant. I went to lunch with my girlfriend who is a resident of the area and I asked her to go... eat pasta. my point of view as a chef, with the intention of writing something about my personal experience. the place wascompletely empty. a little desolate I ordered a small caesar salad, it was well seasoned, the only thing that came out was ablack piece as if they hadn't washed the salad. The waiter offered to change it and I accepted. Then I ordered a carbonarapasta, but with linguine and the waiter told me that it was not possible, I asked why, if all you have to do is substitute onepasta for another. the sauce was very unseasoned, it lacked salt, freshly ground black pepper and more parmesan. I had to askthe waiter for more Parmesan because he never offered me one. then the waiter behaved on a scale of 0 to 10 (a 6) I hope to beable to return another time and have a better experience, I will give you a second taste. I imagine that the owner is Italian, they need a good restaurant consultant, so that the experience is more pleasant. Read more

Middlin pizza. Not bad, and certainly the prettiest and most nicely toasted crust I've ever had. But the innards, the guts, of... my pepperoni, mushrooms, sausage and onions were lacking something. Nothing WRONG with them. Just nothing much to distinguishit. I wouldn't say 'don't buy their pizza,' but personally I wouldn't order it again. Read more

I rarely leave any reviews, good or bad but I had to vent about this place. We ordered the veggie pizza for my family last week... and came home to find that the cardboard box had more flavor than the pizza. Lol it was by far the worst pizza I have eaten. It?s really hard to mess up pizza but somehow they did. I decided to give them another shot and ordered the fettuccini Alfredowith chicken. Worst decision of my life. The pasta smelled old and the chicken was definitely frozen. Not to mention the pastawas swimming in Alfredo sauce. I thought it was just me so I asked my wife to taste the food. She gaged and almostvomited. Please for the love of everything food, try to add a little heart in your food making. I will never eat here again. Read more

Not bad. We went on a week night so the restaurant was empty. The service was good. I found the mushroom ravioli a bit bland... and kept adding salt. The calamari was slightly overcooked. The Italian sausage and peppers were tasty. Overall not bad. Wemay go back. Read more
