Great staff and service but I?m only giving them 2 stars because the store lags behind the times. They do not take Apple Pay and... they do not take the Starbucks app or rewards program. So frequent Starbucks client will not benefit by coming to this location. Read more

Be prepared for no service or delayed service. I waited for 15 minutes for my order, only to find out they took the payment but... forgot my order. Then one of the staff members tells me its not her fault as she didn't take the order and the other member says"wait" and 5 minutes later i get my order, no apologies or anything. Highlights from September: Staff not showing up on time to open - 2 x's Out of stock on condiments (sugar packets) - 2 x's Out... of stock of Blonde Roast - 2 x's No Blonde Roast brewed in morning - 3 x's Producing wrong roast and trying to sell it off asBlonde Roast - 3 x's! Not sure what was poured in my cup this morning - but it was not coffee and was not Blonde Roast. Itseriously tasted like the scrapings from a burned coffee pot had been mixed with hot water. Another shot of HOPING forimprovement - resulting in disappointment! Not sure how something so simple has turned into being such a hard endeavor. Themakeover in store has done nothing for the level of accuracy, staffing, and ability to produce Starbucks qualitybeverages. Complaining is a null solution via communication barriers. Dear starbucks, I think you should have figured out the whole line thing by now. Is it a matter of funding? I would think our... overpriced burnt caffeine (mostly sugar) water would be able to help with that. I'm unimpressed with the level of chaos andpatience it takes to order and pick up a simple coffee. Thinking about ordering online and pick up to avoid this? Greatidea!.... poor execution. Read more
