I don't know what is up with the people working here. They take a long time to get the drive through moving, and then act really... impatient when you finally start to order. The woman taking payments wasn't very good at English and I couldn't understand whatshe was saying. Then she starts getting an attitude with me because I don't know what amount she's trying to tell me. The staffhanding you the food barely look or talk to you and immediately close the window and walk away. I get it, it's a Wendy's. I'mnot expecting a lot, but even then this is pretty pathetic. It's small and dirty. There were two clients I there at 7 pm. The food came out quickly. The service was "eh". Very modern... looking though and they may want to consider cleaning and spending some money on marketing to bring people in. It's in a perfectlocation with low competition. They could do a lot better. Read more
Very horrible in preparation the order. Either food is uncooked or chicken have two pieces in the sandwich. Horrible service!!... If you are not happy with your job then quit.. One star because we cant put 0 stars. The MANAGER or that?s what she told us that she is, literally insulted my friend. He was... trying to order and she made him repeat himself several times and she seem like she was annoyed and all my friend said was. ?Youshould be more patient when treating with costumers? and then she insulted him. She literally told him to ?eat shit? and when heasked for the manager, she took her name tag off and said that she was the manager. Quality control is the main issue with this location. Yesterday, they gave me a sandwich without the white sauce and drinks were... all watery. This is not the 1st time it happened. I wish management pay attention to improve the quality. Read more
