Terrible service. Restraunt was empty still had to pull forward and wait. Happens every time. Poor food prep and super slow!!!
Even though we had a bit of a wait, do to a bus full of kids (after a football game) they got our order right.
Generally one of the worst restaurants around. Always forget an item from your order.

Over the past year alone, the service has really gone down hill. The drive thu gets all of the attention and they only get the... orders correct more times than not, at best. We just waited for 20 mins for 3 ice cream cones and then when our meal order washanded to us the fry cartons were only half full and cold. Over all, it was a pretty frusterating experiance. I do believethat the person to person attention has been lost since they intalled the kiosks. It gets 2 stars because it was very clean. Read more
The last 5 times I've been there in a 3 month period I have at least 1 thing wrong with my order. I understand that sometimes... people make mistakes but when it's repeatedly happening every time I come in, I find that to be ridiculous. This is not theplace to go if you're in a hurry or want what you order because it wont be fast and if it was fast you had best check it causeit's most likely wrong. Read more
I went through the drive and waited almost 10 min for nobody to ask for my oder, so I proceeded to the 1st window where I... waited another 8 min and still nobody. Finally I called and said I had been waiting along time and the woman on the phone wasreally rude and informed me they were rebooting the system so everything was down. Very understandable but didn't have to berude and could've put a note up informing people instead of ignoring then! Read more
