A big shout out to Star for taking care of me this morning. I had just had a root canal and wanted a peach shake. Peach has left... with summer, but Star suggested I try the Autumn Spice milkshake. She told me she wouldn?t steer me wrong, and my goodness, shedid not! The Autumn Spice might be the best milkshake I?ve ever had. And as a whole, this had to be one of the friendliest CFAstaffs I have encountered in some time. Keep up the great work! Read more
For the amount of time spent designing such a drive thru system, you'd think customers could order in the rain without getting... soaked. Nope. Think again. Definitely soaked. Also, pretty sure I've been in this line for 15 minutes now. Slowest chickfilaaward. They were nice though so I'm adding a star. Read more
I am a regular customer of the Alexander City Chick-Fil-A and have received over and above service! I mainly order on the ap... and walk in to pick up my order. The service is fast and very friendly! I also earn LOTS of free peach milkshakes on the ap -my favorite! I dined in for a change this week and the dining area is super clean and neat. Was even asked if I needed arefill on my drink! Pulled into the drive-thru to place my order, and who would have thought that my car wouldn't start as I proceeded to get my... food. A beautiful lady, whom I later found out was the CEO, came out and helped another staff member push my car to a parkingspot. You read it correctly. The CEO was physically pushing my car through the drive-thru. She also found cables to jump me off.Thank you, thank you, thank you. The food was fantastic as always, but you took customer service to another level on yesterday.Praying that your establishment has success beyond measure. Read more
Disappointing CFA. Am here now. 11 customers in line in the store. 8 staff working the drive-through but only a single person... working the in-store customers. Nobody helping this poor woman who is overwhelmed but not asking for help. Update as we leave.The food served to the woman in front of us was wrong and had to be returned. Our order arrived without any sauces, ketchup ornapkins. Still five customers in line being served by a single cashier and no manager in sight. CFA's normally train (and run)better than this one. Having never eaten at a Chick fil A, it was an awesome experience it was so busy but so calm and quiet inside not your typical... fast food place vibes? Super clean dinning area, restrooms as well as the play area!! Customer service here is incomparable toany place I have ever eaten it was mind blowing! I love how all the employees seem to have the same goal in mind I had awonderful experience ! Read more
Always all smiles from employees, even if something happened to my chicken sandwich, nuggets, or if they did something as small... as a pickle, they're so willing and happy to fix it for you. Always a great experience!! Read more
