Was given wrong order. When I called Rachel answered the phone and refused to handle the situation and gave the phone to someone... else. Then asked me to return the order I received as if I wasn?t telling the truth after I described the order. I was also toldthat they would prepare my order again so it would be ready when I arrive. When I arrived they took the bag and asked otheremployees where was my order. Again Rachel who took my order and told me to ask for her refused to address me. My order wasn?tready and they haven?t began to remake the order. So I asked for a refund. The other waitress tried to accommodate me and askedif they could still remake the food I agreed and stated I would be in the car. Rachel again was whispering to the othercustomers. After I arrived to my car I noticed Rachel talking to the waitress that attempted to fix the issue. The waitressaccompanied me outside and stated that they couldn?t remake the order which I was ok with but I what caught my attention wasRachel in the window smiling sarcastically. I wouldn?t recommend anyone to come to this establishment until Rachel is fired!!!Or has taken a class on customer service!!! Read more

The mash potatoes was cold, so was my green beans. I had to wait 30 mins for service. I understand they only have 2 people... serving but still, when there is nobody but my group and another person here and they already had their food. Unsat. No excuses. Read more
Our HUDDLE HOUSE IS THE BEST!!!! I NEVER HAVE A PROBLEM HERE!!The food is always the same every time-perfect! We go to other... locations and it's never like our local location ours is still the best. Idk what's wrong with the others in the reviews we'venever had a problem for the past 13 YEARS FINE SERVICE ALWAYS I don't think people realize sometimes 4 tables come in at onetime and they work as fast as they can so be patient and enjoy some coffee lol Marie is an awesome server! Food was excellent. Service was great. Waitress was training. It was her first day. She was accurate, efficient and it was clear... that she'd studied the menu prior to her shift. I think her name was Jaquesa. Read more
